Yesterday my family and I took a little road trip to
Stamford, CT to attend the baby dedication for my Godchild Motolani.
My girlfriend is from
Nigeria and even after attending a number of events I’m still amazed by the culture and foods. There is one staple that has to be at every event, and that’s the cooler full of Jollof Rice.
After spending 10 days in Nigeria with her last December for her wedding I’ve grown accustomed to some of the foods. Today’s post is all about my favorite Nigerian cuisines. Enjoy…xo
